APPOINTMENT POLICY

Arriving late will take away your valuable treatment time. We will make every effort to perform your entire treatment in the remaining scheduled time, but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if arriving more than 15 minutes late and charge the cancellation fee (see cancellation Policies of Appointment for details).

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY

At Meraki we have a 24 hour Cancellation / No Show Policy in place to ensure our clients can get in for appointments in a timely manner and to respect our providers’ time. Any appointment that no shows and/or cancels within 24 hours will have a $50 cancellation/no show fee. We understand that things can happen, but please do everything in your power to update our staff immediately.

If a client has no shown and/or canceled 3 times, client will then be required to prepay in full for future services at time of booking appointment. The amount pre-paid for is nonrefundable if the no-show/cancellation policy is violated. If appointment is rescheduled prior to 24 hours of the appointment time, the amount paid will be credited for future services at Meraki only, and is non-refundable.

We respect our Providers’ time as they are booked out weeks to months ahead, and we have a significant waiting list. Last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps.  We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This will allow the Meraki team to continue to provide the highest quality service and experience for you and future patients, as well as valuing our team members’ time.

By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation/no-show policy.

REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds on any services rendered.  Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed.  Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results. All purchases made through the website/online store are final – see online purchases for further details.

Retail: We do not offer refunds on products purchased.  Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only. No refund on Gift Certificate purchases.

ONLINE STORE PURCHASES POLICY

All purchases made through the website/online store are final. Services and products are available for purchase through the online store for client convenience. However, purchase of a specific service does not ensure treatment of said service as candidacy must be evaluated and determined in person by a provider at Meraki Aesthetics and Company.

In the event a client is ineligible for a treatment purchased through the online store, funds will be credited towards other treatments and/or products and/or services provided by Meraki Aesthetics and Company.

After purchase of a service from the online store, patients must contact the office to set an appointment for the desired treatment.

All treatments and services are solely rendered in office at 19615 Liverpool Parkway, Unit B, Cornelius NC 28031.
