Front Desk Manager – Meraki South Charlotte (Full Time)

About the Role

The Front Desk Manager is the heartbeat of the patient experience at Meraki. You set the tone from the moment a guest arrives, ensuring every interaction is warm, polished, and seamless. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organization, and a genuine passion for hospitality and patient care.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily front desk operations to ensure an efficient, welcoming environment
  • Greet and check in patients with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Manage, train, and support front desk team members
  • Oversee scheduling, appointment flow, and patient communications
  • Resolve concerns with grace and service-oriented problem-solving
  • Maintain a clean, organized, elevated reception space
  • Collaborate with providers and management to support clinic operations
  • Uphold Meraki’s brand standards, policies, and service expectations

Who You Are

  • Experienced in front desk leadership, hospitality, aesthetics, or wellness (preferred)
  • A strong communicator with excellent people skills

Provider – NP, PA, MD, or DO (Full Time)

Location: Meraki Aesthetics & Company – South Charlotte

About the Role

We’re expanding our South Charlotte team and seeking a compassionate, high-performing Provider who is passionate about aesthetic medicine and functional wellness. At Meraki, we blend advanced aesthetic treatments with evidence-based integrative care, empowering patients to look and feel their best from the inside out.

This role is ideal for a clinician who values education, precision, authenticity, and a collaborative team environment. You’ll play a key role in patient assessment, treatment planning, and delivering aesthetic and functional wellness services with excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform comprehensive consultations and medical evaluations
  • Create individualized treatment plans rooted in functional wellness
  • Diagnose and manage hormone imbalances, metabolic concerns, and wellness needs
  • Provide aesthetic services when trained and credentialed
  • Support patients through in-person and telehealth follow-ups
  • Educate patients on treatment options, lifestyle strategies, and long-term care
  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation and uphold clinical protocols
  • Collaborate with the clinical and front-of-house teams to ensure an elevated patient experience
  • Engage in ongoing education and advanced training opportunities

Who You Are

  • A licensed NP, PA, MD, or DO with a current South Carolina license
  • Passionate about aesthetic medicine, functional wellness, and regenerative therapies
  • Experienced in (or eager to learn): HRT, weight loss, peptide therapy, gut health, allergy testing
  • A strong communicator with a warm, confident bedside manner
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a dynamic environment
  • Available for occasional evenings or weekends as needed

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their medical history and health concerns.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on functional medicine principles.
  • Administer medications and therapies as needed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
  • Educate patients about lifestyle changes and preventive measures to enhance their health.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all patient interactions.
  • Diagnose and manage hormone imbalances.
  • Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop customized treatment plans
  • Support patient care with telehealth visits and post-procedure follow-up.
  • Educate patients on additional services and long-term treatment strategies
  • Collaborate with team members to create an exceptional patient experience
  • Stay current through continuing education and training

Requirements

  • Medical degree with a focus on functional medicine or related field.
  • Strong understanding of internal medicine practices and principles.
  • Experience in patient care with a compassionate approach.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Who we are looking for:

  • A current Provider with a valid North Carolina License & DEA
  • 2+ years of experience as a mid-level provider (wellness or aesthetic background preferred, not required)
  • Passionate about aesthetic medicine, functional wellness, and lifelong learning
  • A confident, kind communicator with a strong bedside manner
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow with a dynamic team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
  • Willing to work evening and weekend shifts as needed
