What You'll Do

Perform customized skincare consultations and develop personalized treatment plans and homecare recommendations
Perform treatments including: DiamondGlow, microneedling, medical-grade chemical peels, dermaplaning, corrective luxury facials, and laser treatments
Educate on treatment options and recommend professional skincare products that support treatment outcomes
Deliver an exceptional luxury patient experience from consultation through follow-up
Maintain detailed documentation and photography
Assist with treatment room preparation, inventory, and maintaining medical-grade cleanliness standards
Collaborate closely with our providers to create comprehensive aesthetic treatment plans
Participate in marketing initiatives including educational social media content and community events

What We're Looking For

Active South Carolina Esthetician License
Medical spa experience required (minimum 1-2 years)
Experience with advanced skincare treatments preferred
Strong consultation and communication skills
Passion for patient education rather than high-pressure sales
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Professional appearance and excellent customer service
Self-motivated with a desire for continuous education and clinical growth
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, luxury medical environment

Bonus Qualifications

Laser certification or experience
DiamondGlow experience
Medical-grade skincare retail experience
Strong social media presence or willingness to create educational content

About the Role

We are seeking a high-level, patient-focused Injector who is passionate about delivering exceptional results while building lasting relationships. This role is ideal for a provider who values artistry, clinical excellence, and continued growth within a collaborative, high-performing team.

You will play a key role in consultations, treatment planning, and delivering advanced aesthetic services, while contributing to the overall Meraki experience our patients know and trust.

What You’ll Do

Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations with a focus on full facial assessment
Create customized, long-term treatment plans aligned with patient goals
Deliver aesthetic treatments including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulatory injectables, and energy-based devices
Provide thoughtful follow-up care through in-person and virtual touchpoints
Educate patients on treatment options, skin health, and lifestyle factors that support results
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation while adhering to clinical protocols
Collaborate closely with clinical and front-of-house teams to ensure a seamless, elevated experience
Participate in ongoing training and contribute to a culture of education and excellence

Who You Are

Licensed RN, NP, PA, MD, or DO with an active North Carolina license
Experienced or highly motivated in aesthetic medicine with a strong desire to grow
Passionate about natural, undetectable results and full facial balancing
A strong communicator with a polished, confident, and approachable presence
Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety, precision, and patient outcomes
Self-driven, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Available for occasional evenings or weekends
